Heboh film MPAA yang segera masuk ke Indonesia

Dunia per-twitteran dan per-facebook-an Indonesia, tanggal 15 July 2011 heboh oleh tweet 21 cineplex yang menyatakan Film Transformer3 dan Harry Potter and Deathly Hollow Part 2 akan segera masuk ke Indonesia. Mereka mencantumkan kedua film tersebut ke list coming soon. Tapi jangan senang dulu, 21Cineplex memang suka bikin heboh, jadi kita harus melihat dan cukup bersabar saja untuk kepastiannya. Pihak blitz Megaplex lewat account twitter dan facebook menyatakan bahwa mereka belum berani memberi kepastian akan masuk atau tidak, tapi sedang diusahakan. Yah menurut saya itu yang paling logis, sejauh belum ada kepastian. Berikut adalah artikel question answering yang di-posting oleh pihak Blitz Megaplex

[Q] Cinema 21/XXI said they're screening Harry Potter 7b + Transformers 3!! Will the movies play at blitzmegaplex, too?

[A] If it's an MPAA movie, and 21/XXI receives it, then blitz is guaranteed to receive it too. Why? MPAA movies cannot be given exclusively to 1 chain only. The distributor bringing in the movies must screen them with both 21 & blitzmegaplex
(Again: MPAA means movies whose worldwide distribution is handled by Warner Bros, Paramount, 20th Century Fox, Sony, Universal, and Disney.)


[Q] But, Cinema21/XXI has already put Harry Potter 7b and Transformers 3 on their coming soon list. How come you haven't?

[A] Usually we put movies in our coming soon list only after it's confirmed by the distributor. As of last night, the distributor has not updated us, and they haven't been able to give us a target release date.



[Q] So, is Harry Potter 7b and Transformers 3 coming soon, or not?

[A] We have checked directly with both the local distributor channels and the studios. The best they can say right now is that they're "working on it" but neither have been able to give us a target release date. That's the most accurate answer we can give.

Dear movie freak, jangan terlalu heboh lah soal film-film holywood yang tidak dapat diimpor, toh tidak akan mengurangi kualitas hidup bila tak menonton film-film Holywood, dunia tak berakhir bila film tersebut tidaka da. So be wise.
